Girls, does this make you lose interest in a guy?

If the guy is a nerd who keeps talking about any of the following:

• Anime
• Games
• Movies
• Music
• Psychology

I often noticed that when girls tell me they like the same thing (s) too, they would no longer be talking to me after that.

Nope. I like music, movies and psychology so I'd find it attractive if the guy was into it.

Nice. I remember talking to a few girls before and they would tell me they like these common topics too. Unless I am talking to another guy, I always notice that girls don't really talk much or initiate in these kind of conversations. Is it because it's too embarrassing to express one's passion in a topic?

I don't understand why would it be embarrassing tbh 🤷🏻‍♀️I think these are the easiest topics to talk about and good conversation starters.
