Girls, can guys shorter than you be physically attractive to you?

I'm 5'4". I've been told I'm handsome and good looking by girls shorter than me, but I feel ugly compared to girls taller than me because I haven't received any compliments from them. Sometimes when I go to buy something in a shop or a something, a taller worker will upon seeing me look surprised and greet me in a soft voice. I guess they see me as cute, and while I appreciate that I would also like to be seen as attractive!

I'm 5'8" in my bare feet, very close to 6ft in my high heels, and I've dated guys about 5'4"-5'5" before, and for me, height isn't an issue. It seems a lot of guys are insecure being with a taller girl, and it really makes no sense to me. Really, I think that line of thinking is pretty shallow, there's more to it than being comparable in height or taller than the girl.
