Why does she do it talk , ghost, talk, block unblock block unblock ghost?

  • A girl that spent an entire year flirting, teasing and complimenting me , was caring and kind then started showing me attitude and jelousy (if other girls talked to me) for the next 2 years after I showed interest. suddenly started talking to me on insta after an year shared all her interests chatted late night flirted back then started taking her time to reply from hrs to 2 days then lost a challenge and asked for time then ghosted me for 6 months still used to check me out in social situations or church and then lied about ghosting me talked to me
blocked again unblocked and blocked me and now partially unblocked me on Instagram and kept my no unblocked and is currently ghosting me.

She never texts first, replies everytime after a social situation where I avoid her Or else ignores and ghosts. Keeps on glancing I just don't understand, she knows I like her was insistant on me telling her that, but easily gets annoyed and purposely ignores me and updates her Instagram profile pic.
This has been going for the past 4 months.
She won't call me bro Or friend nor tell me whats wrong. When asked says she's complicated I should ignore her behavior is she ignores me I won't be able to handle her so whats wrong with her.
