What can I do to slow my role?

When I want something or someone I'm determined to get it by all means!!

I'm not patient. Why? I also feel I live in my head too much and dont know how to deal with that either.

This honestly sounds like codependency, especially if you are referring to relationships. I know this is a bit aggressive but if I were you, I would invest in some therapy because you are going to end up in a wreck of a relationship if this is how you practice your relationships. I am saying this from experience

Okay, I am in therapy but haven't really touched on that topic yet. I will do that this week thanks. I just feel I will lose his interest or he will find someone else. I am just kind of eager to talk to him. But how do I be more patient, any advice?

@asker don’t be afraid to text first ☺️ take your time getting to know him and see if he’s really a perfect fit from you. I am a co dependent myself and I ended up with an abusive ex because I didn’t take the time to realize he’s not a good fit for a relationship ☺️
