How do you stay busy at work when things are slow?

Are you able to stay busy at work if things are slow? What do you do, if anything?

Things are rarely ever slow in my line of work, LOL! That's practically unheard of for teachers - there is always something that needs to be done. Often there's so much that has to be done, that it takes up personal time outside of work hours.

Usually yes… but they starting to cut people’s hours where I work, so as much as don’t want to switch jobs, if it keeps up might not have a choice

I just went through this. I tried to find stuff to do like organizing our back room storage area and upgrade some equipment. Still I was really bored.

There is always something to do. I dislike sitting still. Even when told not to work I’m finding an odd thing to be occupied with.
