Always move on with your life and never stay at the same level. Try to improve yourself and to find new challenges. Only like will you mature and keep your mind and body active and fit.
Staying busy is the essence of life. It allows you to discover new things and to learn new stuff. Be interested in everything. That way, you never stop learning and you keep your mind young and healthy.
The second you stop learning is the first second of the rest of your life because you accept your faith rather to fight it.
Staying busy also means that you will not be bored...
