Why do I attract mentally unstable/ill and drug addicts?

I dress fairly conservatively, don't smile at all while in public or make eye contact (as to wane people from approaching me), but at least four crazy people a day target me and start going on about me being "very attractive". People even try to strike up conversation by telling me they "like my style" when I'm wearing a cheap, plain LBD. No normal people try to make small talk, never mind a hot guy. I don't understand why crazy people find me so easy to approach, maybe you do?

They have a history of heavy drug use and severe mental deformities.

And most of the time homeless.

You can tell they're crazy by the way they talk. I mean one guy tried to start a convo by asking if I was a Crip because I was wearing a blue shirt.. I live on the East Cost anyways, but is that how you would normally strike up a convo? No

If they are strangers, how do you know their history of drug use and their mental disorders?

You're right in one instance however, that these are people not to talk to. I'm unsure why they are talking to you, but ignoring them is an option.

Why other men aren't talking to you, maybe they aren't as forward as someone that has nothing to lose.
