Mixed signals from a girl?

A girl in my work area seems to show interest by staring at me since once year. I tried multiple times to
talk to her by saying 'hi' or pinging her for some technical help. I even followed up with reaching out to her during breakfast for some technical help. But there was no followup of the discussion from her. But she stalks my status in teams and makes sure she will be in the canteen when i am around. She never initiates contact. It always me. But she gels well with all other folks. I got tired of it, thought of moving on and tried to ignore her. But she stopped coming for breakfast, not eating breakfast/lunch properly and rushing off. I want to have a conversation with her and understand what's the issue. since she acting shy, never initiating any contact , and its me always initiating, its irritating to me. I don't know what to do. I want to move on, but am not sure if am causing some inconvenience to her. any advice pls?

Ah the "mixed signals" again, sorry to say to you bro, but if a girl is truly interested she will show it very clearly to you. You might interpret some casual things as "signals"

yes.. I agree. When we come across, its always me who say 'hi'. She never initiates contact and its over a year. i think its a good idea to move on and ignore her
