There is a girl i met on facebook, we started to chat on a professional topic then we called each other for professional guidance and asking each other's personal life. Then we indulged in some research work together but suddenly the girl started to look busy or was busy i don't know, I also got busy and stopped messaging her then she reached me herself after a week and told me that she wants to work for me and wants me to motivate her like i did before so that she can pass her exams. Things went on then suddenly again she started to show that busy behaviour even for those things which she asked, then i started to get away from her again and started to focus on my business but she came back again asking the same things and wants to continue all the things we were doing in the past but now we both message each other a bit late. I am curious what she is doing even though i have not shown her that i need her or etc

Should i make some move or should i go with the flow to make her show interest.

The problem is that you didn’t make a move within a reasonable amount of time - it seems she sees you only as a professional contact for her career. The next time you guys speak, make a move, but just understand that if she rejects you, she may not speak to you again after that because it may be awkward for her.
