The Girl I like giving me mixed signals which I've never seen like that before?

We are coworkers in a private company. We knew each other more than a year. I'm 25 years old heavyweight free-style wrestler and UI Graphist. I have an athletic body and sporty character, but so intellectual and spiritual person. She's 21 average looking girl (but Prettiest one for me) from a middle class family. She's flirtious and kind. based on what others said I'm much better than this girl in every terms. Despite of her I'm not too talkative person and more serious but humorous person. I just tried to give realistic information.

We started very good with eachother, but she giving mixed signals to me, was very friendly in person but formal in chat! I did some technical work for her on workplace and she thanking so much of me everytime. but next time was cold and again friendly! or flirt with other dumb guys around.
I crushed with her actions n decided to Ignore her (not any harsh act just didn't talk her and pay attention at all).
Finally Ignored her completely for 2 months.
After 2 months she tried to talk me but I was cold as hell and formal. next day again tried, call my first name and said "Are you sad at me?" I said no. then said "Sorry If I did anything wrong with you which I didn't notice". after that day she tried to talk with me every time met me. I was still cold. then One day she sat besides me on work n started talking for more than a hour! talk random topics like my birthday date? my fav cafe? and... at last she said take care of yourself!
After a month of cold behaviour, I became warm again and we friendly again. I decided to move forward. One day on one of our conv about theater I said one of my friend had a theater show and If you want you can join me up to going for her theater probably next week. She answered " Actually I'm to busy in these days (she was right because she's in university an work same time like me) and If I have free time I like to go theater, But I''ll let you know"!

Just tell me what's in her mind? Does she like me or not?

Update: I did keep things professional. I acted with her like a gentleman always and wasn't needy at all. but with care about herself in detail and small things tried to show my interest.

Update 2: She flirts with other guys. She is very close to the guy who sit side me. Flirt him a lot. I'm the most experienced guy in the work and everything a guy should know in the workplace! All of the other guys she flirt them are ones who train and consultant under me for their gym plans and datings!

Important: After we became friendly again before ask her out I created instagram for the first time and as I didn't knw much about dat ask some questions about from her, then ask for her insta, she said me eager word by word her id to sure I dont follow wrong person then I requested her. She Didn't accept nor reject my request till next week I ask her out. I treat like I didn't even checked and she was still very nice in person. After that till today my request is still pending while she is active

She’s probably just an attention whore. She wants you to pay attention to her so it will boost her self esteem, but aside from that there’s no interest.

Now here’s the thing. Girls are excellent excuse makers. They will never tell you directly “thanks but I’m not interested.” What they do instead is take your number, then not return your calls, or accept a date and then cancel it. They are also excellent at telling you why they are too busy for a date.

Let’s break this down logically. If a girl you were interested in asked you for a date, what would you do? You’d do the following: 1. Clear your schedule so you could go on that date. 2. If you could not clear your schedule you’d probably say “I can’t make it on that day because of another obligation but I’ll free next Fri” or something to that effect.

This girl has done none of this. Instead she says “if I have free time I’ll let you know.” Are you supposed to believe she has 0 free time? Every min of every day is taken up? What if a very handsome movie star asked her for a date? Would she still be busy?

See the bottom line for either sex is, if they’re interested they will find a way to make time... somewhere.

She’s not interested. Move on, and for your own pride ignore her. You’re not put on this earth to be her self esteem booster. Don’t flirt with her and don’t ask her out again.

Thanks for response. Yes exactly I think she is an attention whore. Several times I was talking with other people one of them is a guy that she hate him, So she told me dont talk with him please! And when I asked why just said isshhhh!!! Lol. I notice she hates guy or men which is not not handsome! She's look so shallow girl unfortunately. But If she's not into me at all then why when I ignored her she tried hard to get back my attention?

Lots of women are like that. On a side note this manner of thing along with others is why I don’t believe women are equal to men. Women often act like children in adult bodies.

What she wants is your attention for her narcissistic grandiosity. She wants to think: “look at all the guys who flirt with me and want me, I’m so hot and so special that I can captivate them like that” regardless if she has interest in you or not. It’s just about fueling her already way too high self esteem.

Of course she hates men that are not handsome.

Have you ever heard a girl call a guy a “creep.” If a girl was telling you a guy was a creep what you’d think is: “oh he’s probably been sexually harassing her and he’s likely a future stalker or rapist.” What women really mean is the guy is ugly and their repulsed he’d dare to even express interest in her seeing as he’s so far beneath her. Many if not most girls don’t like men they think aren’t good enough for them in one way or another.

So, when you ignored her she realized she was loosing a member of her personal fan club and that is not conducive to inflating her ego. So, she had to real you back in so she could get her ego boost. That’s all she wants. If she wanted more... well you wouldn’t be reading this right now you’d be on a date with her.

The last news is yesterday I checked her instagram and saw my request was still in pending after a month! I canceled It finally. Also I removed my whatsapp picture after a while for some reasons. Today I've checked her telegram profile and she hided her pictures! Some months ago She did it once before and again got back to usuall form. (In telegram messenger it's possible to hide ur profile pics from anyone who is not in ur contacrs or for special people) although she hide her profile overall for anyone who is not in her contacts not just for me. But she had my number and probably deleted or checked me as special conract for this purpose. But it's weird that she did it exaclty after I cancelled my request! Another weird action of her!

It seems like she likes you, but it also seems like she should be more willing to make time for a date with you, even with work and school.

If a guy that I really liked asked me to go somewhere with him, I'd be super excited and would make sure to say yes to him instead of turning him down. The date would have only taken a few hours. It seems like she could have made time for that.
