FWB giving me mixed signals, what does this mean?

Please read and give opinions about these statements, its short and I really need help! My friend who I recently started sleeping with shows me in everyway he likes me romantically now, but says these things that gives me mixed signals. I completely think he's attracted to me and likes me, but since he says these things, I can't tell if he's interested in dating or not. Even though he taks about other girls, he's constantly saying how great I am, hot and that I can get any guy and always asks about my guy friends/exs.

1. "don't you love when your exs contact you.(I hardly respond) I guess she's coming to visit." (then tells me about his sexual history in detail, he recently lost his virginity so its a sensitive issue to him)

2. "Ive got some hot friends coming over if you want to hang out and maybe we can find you a guy when we go out."

3. "Maybe we should make a bet on who can get the most numbers."

4. "Is a girl 29 too old for me" (Im 25 so its not me!)

5. "You're supposed to give me advice on girls!"

6. "So who's the hot date tonight?" (Even though I wasn't going out!)

So if he talks about other girls, is he testing me or attracted to me but not interested in anything serious and keeping his options open? He usually says these things randomly out of the blue when I don't even act that way. When we first started hanging out, I was still in love with my ex so maybe he thinks I'm still hung up?

It could be that he's worried that you're still in love with your ex, or simply that you're not in love with him, so he's just trying to test you with those jokes or whatever they are. You should make yourself clear and hopefully he'll make himself clear.

Thank you for reassuring me... it was just a wild guess. Guys are always calling me when he's around so I think he has the wrong impression of my relationship with them. You must be right since I was more open and receptive to his flirting this time and things were more comfortable and less jokey.

Honestly, I once stopped pursuing this girl because she had so many effing guy friends, I just didn't know where I stand. Later I found out she wanted me, but it was too late. Just clear things up.
