Girls, Is it a good thing if waitress was talking to me for 30min whilst she was working?

I was talking to this waitress I like and we've just hit it off so easily. We don't know each other thathat well but we are friends on facebook. Today she and I spoke for 30min and she was happy and laughing too. Plus asking me lots of questions

It is a good thing, but that doesn't necessarily mean romantic/sexual interest. She could be extremely stressed by her job and picked a conversation that flown easily to detach a bit from the responsibilities. Some people ask questions in order to have a conversation, just "for the sake of it", and not because personally wondering from a while, about you. She might be open and talkative with others as well, afterall she works with customers and has a lot of occasions to pick conversations.
So far there is no hint of interest that goes beyond "acquaintance" (if this was sufficient, then women couldn't talk anymore to strangers, to not be misunderstood - and actually that's the case in some third world countries).
To check better, you should get other occasions to talk to her, and, if you get more confidential, moving the conversation online as well, to see how she behaves and how much she initiates contact.
Consider also she might have no real interest right now, but could be open to mature interest later, so you got a chance to make her more interested next time, regardless, because at least she proven she is ok in talking to you, so a channel is open.

She and I talk all the time in person. She started waving and smiling to me when she didn't know me at all. She accepted my friend request on facebook. She lights up everytime she sees me, she has asked me where I live, where I've grown up, who I was picking up from the airport etc
