Does this waitress like me or was she just flirting in hopes of getting a good tip?

For lunch, my co-workers and I went to this sports bar across the street from our job. We used to go once a week, but we hadn’t been in about a month. As soon as we get in and sit down at our usual table, our usual waitress walks up to the table, points to me, and says “I already know what you want.” I ask her what and she recites my usual order perfectly. As I said, it’s been about a month, and I was impressed. She didn’t remember any of the other guys’ usual orders.

Later on while I’m eating, she brings me an extra drink for free. She puts her arm really close to my face as she sets my drink down. She had on a lot of perfume. The other guys were jealous and upset that they didn’t get a second drink, not even water. When she brings us our checks, she laughs and apologizes to them.

When I look at the receipt, I notice that the name next to Server says “Server #1”. After she comes back, I ask her if her name is Server #1. She’s giggles and gets all flustered, but says no and that she’s not a robot. I ask her what her name is and she tells me it’s Nicole.

Was she just being a good waitress, just trying to get a tip, or could she be interested? Because we live in this “Me Too” era, I want to be safe… How can I show interest in her without being cancelled?
