What is an alpha female as per u women?

A complicated question, really.

For example, a dominant man only has to balance two things to be a true alpha: Aggression and mercy. Essentially, the strongest man who is comfortably cooperative and doesn't just fight everyone he sees will dominate the male hierarchy, and therefore, the room. Football jocks/bullies only win in High School.

An alpha female is a stranger concept. Does it mean the women with the highest aggression? Because that's NOT the same as the one who dominates the room.

Uhh, never agreed with the alpha/beta labels. I find “alpha” humans to be quite intelligent, able to disregard other’s views of them, prioritize their wants in life.
