What's an alpha woman?

We all know what an "alpha" man is (seems like that's the only thing guys talk about on G@G), but what about an "alpha" woman?

What traits, qualities and characteristics does she need to have to be deemed "alpha"?

I'd like to hear, although to be honest I've always found the whole "alpha beta delta omega omicron 1/2" terminology bollocks.

I think that nomenclature is used only by guys in a self-serving way to boost their own fragile egos. There are women who have leadershp qualities, such as assertveness, lack of a panic response, organizatonal skills, calming presence, etc. But I would never call them "alphas."

Probably similar to the basic idea of how girls supposedly see bad boys: "he's bad but he's good to me" but with a girl instead.

Maybe masculine and domineering outside but gentle and kinder with her partner? Or whatever traits that a guy may be attracted to.

I think alpha male and women is the same. They're confident, go for what they want and either succeed or are on their way to success.

Men turn into pussycats around me, and if I really like them, I'll reveal the feisty Snow Lynx in me, lol. That dichotomy in each of us, and beautiful balance between us, is what's important, and all that I really care about. This whole 'alpha' domination thing is bollocks, in my opinion.
