came across an article today why women are not taken serious

It seems like the opposite from what I have seen IRL. Women often have it much easier at work, get the same pay for doing less work, get promotions with less experience and less qualifications, etc. As far as racism at work goes, I have seen lots of racism against White people and experienced it multiple times at different places of work in the liberal California school system.

I think this is a loaded question, but I'm going to answer this from a dating standpoint. Today, most women aren't taken seriously. There are several reason as to why, and those reasons vary based on both the guy, and the girl. But by in large, no, most women are not taken seriously in today's society.
