I’ve had a crush on this girl for a long time now. It might be love but I don't know were really playful with each other. We’re both women in our early 20s and we met at work. She started off teasing me a lot but will genuinely ask how I am and tell me she cares about me. I remember once she rlly made me think she had a crush on me because I came into work in a bad mood.
I guess she sensed this and found me when I was alone and asked if everything was ok and told me that I could tell her. She asked this twice and I told her she was weird because I sensed some weird flirtatious energy lol. We weren’t even super close back then for her to ask me that but I think she might’ve assumed I broke up with my boyfriend because she knew we had issues. I’m bi and I think she’s open to it. She’s shown numerous counts of jealousy with my love life and has gotten me in trouble for texting a boy. She was above me at work

She no longer works here and before she left she was consoling me about a customer and we were alone and she said she wanted to hear their side and my side of course and she was like “I care about you”. Then I messed up something when she said this and she laughed then we got interrupted.

After that I was alone at the front of the store and she came by with some boxes to put away and was like “I’m giving you these because I care about you” which she said again only this time out of context. She also took a picture with me where pulled me in for a bear hug. In her pic with everyone else she just had one arm around their shoulder.

Was her saying “I care about you” really her admitting that she likes me? I miss her so much by the way and she wants to come back to our location but I don’t know if she will. I need to know how she felt and what to do

Maybe ask her? Do you have contact details to communicate?

Start off chill ask how she is, What's she up too her plans and so forth work up too it..

Maybe try talking about love life and how you're open mind works and how you're curious about same sex experiences maybe then she will confess her feelings either towards you or admit she is into same sex relations.

If she reacts curious or interested then work you're way down that path.

Just ask her in all honesty.
be like : hey so I’ve been thinking and I just wanted to know if there’s any connection between us because I noticed how you act around me and I wanted to clear up any confusion on my end.
