Do girls intentionally reply late?

This girl messaged me from her personal number, i know she likes me but every time i message her I could see that she was online on WhatsApp but she doesn’t replies me immediately. Should I consider that she is not interested or that she is simply playing.

I literally cannot stand those types of girls and have had past experience with them myself. They truly are the worst. No matter what they tell you, how they might try to explain it, there is absolutely no excuse for a girl doing that kind of thing. It's possible they could be talking to relatives on WhatsApp, and so that means family first, but if this is happening regularly? I would take that as a sign that she is not very serious about you, and I would chalk it up as more than likely being because she is talking to an ex, a fuckbuddy, or some other potential mate out there.

When someone really, really likes you they will not keep you waiting or delay you unless they're very busy or in some kind of rough situation.

In my personal experience if I like a guy I can't help myself but reply asap, but also we do worry sometimes that it makes us seem too eager.
