How to make this not super awkward?

• A co-worker that I was close with and who I thought gave clear flirting signs (very obvious) rejected me when on a date I expressed I have feelings for her. She now avoids me and unfollowed me on social media. She even gave signs of interest when she was still married but she never crossed the line although there was touching, acting jealous when other women were talking with me. She is now single again and she kept on giving signs so we went on a date and then I told her I like her. She said she didn't like me that way. Now she avoids me and unfollowed me on social media. How do I make things not awkward on the work floor?

try to find a way to move on and put her in your history, either you are terrible at reading signs or she is not quite all there mentally.

Had a girl do this to me, we worked together, she gave me similar leading signs, we went out for dinner a few times, I asked her if she was interested in dating at which point she made it look like I was begging her to be my girlfriend to everyone at work. I kept my head down, didn't make a fuss, quickly got promoted and promoted again, moved to a different side of the business and left her behind in her old job as a snitchy gossip girl...

Learn to pretend that it never happened and never bring your personal life into your work life. They rarely ever work out and for the few that get married to a coworker, they must have the ability to distinguish home from work life

Personally I would ask to talk with her and clear things up, if she really isn't interested that's something you just have to accept and not pursue any further. Let her know you still want to be friends and forget about everything else. If she's still awkward after at least you tried
