I'm confused with this girl I meet in group discussion I don't know if she is interested or not?

I'm confused I go to a group discussion and there is this girl where her body language always showing that she is listening to my talk carefully she always comment she talk easily with other boys even calling them by name always looking at me or at my direction once she changed her place to sit next to me she was looking at me all the time It was obvious then I decided to text her about a project I'm doing she said yes let's talk when we meet I'm interested and then when the day came she knew that I'm going to talk to her but she was acting like I'm not excited lol I went to her she was very shy, I said hi she said wait one minute please lol then we talked she was so weird I was disappointed, she was direct to the point very nervous acting weird when i finished she said that's all? i said yes she left without saying anything lol Anyway she keeps looking at me I'm so confused she is not putting any efforts she don't reply on Instagram only likes me comments also once i asked her something she answered me back after 2 week :S then in the discussion she tried to justify it publicly I don't know why lol Anyway I'm super confused why you keep looking and putting no efforts? What do you think?

Not everyone handles being attracted to someone else smoothly and it's definitely the case that not everyone communicates well. If you are interested in her, show it by asking her to meet up and if that goes well, ask her out on a date. Don't rely on social media messages to do the job for you- stand out by showing genuine interest. If she isn't interested, you'll find out pretty quickly. I do agree that her behavior is confusing.

I did ask her to discuss the my project and she said I'm interested then when that happend she was so nervous, she didn't even comment on the project no opinion she did listen and left lol
then i follow up on social media she was giving very different and week arguments so i told her listen it's ok i will find someone else to participate no worries, then she said I'm scared that I might fail you :)
then i explained in details again, she saw the massage didn't answer for 2 weeks then she agreed to participate so now she is waiting me to start the project

but honestly she is Very confusing.

So, I think you're misreading her nonverbal cues. If she was interested in you, she'd be more receptive to your approaches. In sum, she's not interested in you.

Her looking at you may be caution, not interest- you may put her on her guard, for whatever reason.
