I am curious about this, what do people see in women who are adults but are seen this way?

When someone asks something like, "Hey rey got a full sheet of acid, wanna come and do it with as?" And you quickly Google how long is the sentence for getting busted for acid and realizing it's not worth and making an excuse.

If you want a character example, pretty much someone like Yuna from Final Fantasy X.

They’ll also be naive about dirty things or “bad” things. Like if you were to tell a dirty joke they wouldn’t get it. Or if you talk about drugs and vices, it’s something that they wouldn’t really understand because they haven’t explored any of that. They may have been sheltered because of a strict or conservative upbringing. And, they weren’t a rebellious child growing up.
