There are a zillion nerve endings down there. You’re going to get desensitized or increase pain. So stupid to mess with that part of the body and it’s insane this country acts morally superior to places that practice genitalia removal. Toward the end of the cultural cycle there is always tension between the common people, who increasingly want to go back to the land and simpler ways of living, and the elites who want to force them into their global, cosmopolitan cities. It is no accident that the WEF, UN, etc., churn out plan after plan that involved forcing people into densely populated cities. One thing that would be good for the culture but not for efficiency would be to protect small, family farms and to expropriate without compensation and break up large holdings of ag land like those owned by elites who are not farmers themselves (like a certain tech oligarch), private equity firms, etc. Not enough people know how to farm so it would require training.
