Why does she act like an extrovert to everyone but when she talks to me she’s different?

I Met this absolutely gorgeous woman online through a stock discord, and its so weird. (Yes she’s a real lady lmao) when we talk in DM’s for over a year, she’s, like a super-introvert, very much one word answers, but very attentive in actually reading what i say ( i admit one day out of insecurity asked ‘’are you even reading what i write’’ and she said ‘’of course’’)

But When I observe how she chats online in a public chat, she’s very extrovert, outgoing, really goes deep on chatting

like a good example is, The 1st episode of house of dragon came out, I said im gonna watch it, she said ‘me too, starts in 52 mins’, after we watch it i describe the show, and she replies ‘yea the first episode was really good’’, then in the public chat, she goes in deep on the lore of the show and all these details about how she read the books,

People made the comment “oh you know a lot of game of thrones” and i replied in the server chat its in her name afterall and she only reacted with a 🙈 emoji

I reminded her about a profile photo she had during Halloween, and she recently changed her photo back to that one out of the blue (we’re in August), and i told her im in another server as a admin these days, and she wanted to join and now hangs around there a lot

Normally id still think she has no interest, but the key difference is, if i disappear for long or ignore after a while, i got messages and pings going ‘where are you?” “Long time no talk” and she has told me she appreciates hearing from me often, but yet, is so introverted in our chatting.

I like to think i did everything on my part to show that im not a creep, genuinely care about her wellbeing etc, even said ‘hey if im writing too much and this is making you uncomfortable, please let me know’’ and i got green lights on all fronts of ‘no problem’

So im here going, is this one of those situations, where she acts differently with me in DM’s because she’s shy? (Im just in personal disbelief as this woman is SO beautiful)

Seeing some responses about trust,

Dunno if i didn't clarify properly, but pretty much every week she asks for my opinion on things, and asks me what she should do, but yet is shy when trying to have normal conversation

If she is cautious you have Value. She might not trust you yet but she assigns you a potential higher Value. She does not chat “at/with” you like everyone else. Make sense ⁉️

So, Value is clearly delineated. Moving from a desirable/trusted friendzone to an also intimate physical relationship is risky. Perhaps, broach this truth together:
1. Men/Women relationship is based upon Attraction where one prefers one other over another. Can you, firstly, pinpoint what that was initially in terms of physical attributes, emotion, intellect, or if it a summation of things (think/feel) that bond you two? I know this is nitpicking but I do this. It is the closest thing to a Journal I have. Five subject ring notebooks...

But i have a question if its ok to ask, if you’re shy with one person, but not shy with many others, is the person you are shy with someone special to you like a crush? (I have a lot of patience, and i will never pressure her but just am afraid of misreading the situation)

Yes, but I’ve been shy due to intimidation or fear because of the person’s status and shy due to a discomfort with emotional bounding, so shyness could indicate surface interest or deeper feeling interest
