She is my coworker and an extrovert one. I didn't know her that well (since she is new) but we have interacted a little before mostly about work and also saying goodbye's when leaving.
Here's a few instances that make me curious about. As I was walking towards my desk, I saw her looking at me for quite awhile before I noticed it. The following day, she lower her head and stares at me with a little smile. (This happened twice). However, I'm a shy guy I guess I didn't really acknowledged her that well. Now, she avoids looking at me and kinda gave me the cold shoulder but treats everyone else as how she normally would happily chatting and laughing even with other male colleagues.
I didn't really have any feelings towards her before but somehow developed it since this happened.

Because she didn't like the vibe you gave off is the most likely reason. Maybe all those other coworkers she gets on with so well all are outgoing like she is. Here is the thing tho... don't get involved in office or workplace romance. It is never a good idea. Guess what happens when you two have a blowup and have to face each other at work should you get in a relationship? Nothing good happens. You're best off just existing as coworkers and that's it. So this may be a blessing in disguise that she isn't into you.
maybe she expected you to be as extroverted as her. Did you smile and acknowledge her when she smiled and acknowledged you?
