Girls, why is she so reserved with me even though she's really outgoing and friendly to others?

So basically there's this girl whose beautiful and all and one of the really outgoing girls of my class. She's nice, talkative and friendly to everyone but me.
I liked her a lot and just went to approach her a few times but she never makes eye contact when I've tried to talk to her and she likes looks at her phone or she remembers something and leaves midway the conversation.
I tried texting her and she usually replies to every text but she's never initiated a conversation herself. She also kind of just replies to my texts and never you know kind of ask me about anything.
I'm a bit of a serious looking guy (that might do with most of it) but am generally an attractive guy (I've been told). I don't really talk too much least to girls but am a kind of popular guy in my class having a few crushes on me. So if I usually talk to any other girl they aren't hesitant in talking to me and we usually ho nice. So I don't have an issue with girls usually
but Why is she like this? And that to just around me... Do I give off being creepy?

I had an ex who I couldn't act myself around because I liked him That much. It's weird but it sounds to me like she may like you a little too much for her to know how to react around you. It's perfectly normal and I wouldn't say she's trying to avoid you from what you've said. Some people just freeze up when they're in the company of their crushes, feeling too nervous or maybe even worried you won't like them if they do act like themselves. It's completely normal so if I was you I wouldn't worry about it. Try and spend some time with her and I'm sure eventually she'll start acting more like herself.

I don't know maybe she kind of despises me🙃...
Could that be a reason for her behaviour?
Recently just like a week ago I texted her and she hasn't replied... So this bugging me off completely 😒

She could be annoyed with herself that she likes you 😅 sometimes someone may treat you bad cause they actually like you. It's definitely happened before

Well maybe she's shy around people she is attracted to. I'm outgoing with everyone except the people I have a crush on and i struggle to keep eye contact. If she blushes then she likes you. Or she's just a B*tch and doesn't want to waste her time talking to people that will not contribute in anyway to her life. So blushes she likes you if not then...
