Self discipline. For me it's whenever I start getting really anxious or angry or whatever, I touch my thumb and index finger together and try to, like fake meditate. I immediately just put all of my energy into focusing on breathing. Breathe in breathe out don't think anything, don't feel anything, just let the emotion happen and let it die

If it’s connected to a mood swing disorder such as personality disorders or bipolar, seek medication from a psychiatrist. If you’re just experiencing normal mood swings or anger issues, maybe it’s time to seek counselling or ask yourself why are you feeling this way, find the root of the problem and deal with it.
Break up. This is a major red flag and it probably won't get any better. I was in such a relationship.

Music or a nice long car ride
Well first of all you just said that you know that you have that capability and if something pisses you off that's what's going to happen and since you know this when you feel that urge coming take a deep breath and say to yourself what the f*** are you doing this isn't about you this world is not all about you grow the f****** quit embarrassing yourself why do you act like that maybe you can get a friend video tape yeah that way you can see what everybody else sees the best way to do is just think before you speak I understand there's no reason in the world that you have to act that way
You try to stay calm, try to be understanding, find a solution, and don't scream or yell at them maybe make them vent or tire themselves out. Some are hard to control I have deal with many explosive emotions in my line as security officer when a person is up set and I can usually calm that person down.
For me it’s channeling all the energy into something productive like working hard or exercising or to do something I’ve been putting off with high effort

Get a punching bag and beat the crap out of it and then when you’re done go for a drive or a walk
The best way to deal with this, is to remove yourself from the situation. And seek help if you can't control it.
Blow up in your head and look at the consequences if you reacted if it's not worth it. Forget about it.
You just have to stop and get a hold of yourself.
To try thinking before you explode asking yourself if that is the best way to handle it
If you must explode, do it well away from others.
I don't know I find something to do like working out, driving, or listening to music, I'm usually on the receiving end of the explosion

Just let it out in small doses rather then one big dose otherwise you'll have the volcano effect and drag stuff up from 20 years ago that you never let go of
