Why does it bother white women so much when they see Asian women dating white men?

Not only Asian women to be fair, but non-white women in general, although their reaction is more visceral in the case of Asian women.

The usual white women's reactions are:

#1 They say the guy can't get white women (as if Asian women were easier than white women, something we can all agree it's not the case).

#2 Show passive-aggressiveness and accuse both of having a race fetish, especially the guy ("He has yellow fever!").

#3 Accuse Asian women of being "colonized," "self-hating" or even gold-diggers. And the guy of exploiting them because they're "submissive."

Some even say insulting things about them and I've seen a few white women who were used to refer to Asian women as "whorientals."

I remember several years ago, working as a customer service.

A Caucasian lady asked me where I am from, so I answered. She then continued to rant "so that's where our men get their girls, right?"

And I answered, "maybe just their preference".

She then responded "yeah, but I know a lot of guys who gets girls there."

And I just answered "yeah, maybe".

And that only happened once in my life. I looked at my co-worker (who is Caucasian too) and she barely can stop laughing. I am like facepalming.

It's quite simple. Most white women see themselves as the top of the dating food chain and that's largely true because the average white woman on America is now either overweight or obese now has all these average to above average guys sniffing around them as there are just not enough good healthy weight women who take care of themselves to go around so when a pretty young attractive thin Asian woman maybe get with an above average white man or an average guy they turned their noses up at they resent the competition

Not only does this not bother me, I have never heard of it bothering anybody and the thought has never crossed my mind that it would bother anybody, do you have a reason to think it bothers people? Maybe it bothers people I have never met or been around, it is a big world.

Few different things:

1) White women may see white men as their 'territory' as outside of interracial marriages (a less common scenario), people typically stick to their respective races. Therefore, seeing a few cases of a particular type of interracial marriage... can seem like a pattern.

2) Whenever US soldiers entered Japan, Korea, or Vietnam, they got exposed to women there are and some decided to inter-marry. At a certain level, race-fetish or preference can come into play in these relationships.

3) Within pop-culture, 'Yellow-fever' has been a real thing. Some say East Asian women are top of the food chain due to excellent skin, hair, and petite bodies. If I had to guess... I have seen more interracial couples as a White male and Asian female... than any other Asian couple. Therefore, some of the stereotypes that are perpetuated can come from some truth... however unsavory.

Honestly, in my experience and mainly from what I've heard, white women are the easiest to pick up. I don't know if most of them are relationship material though. So... I don't know. Don't bother. I'm sure there are tons of nice white women too...

Well I have never seen any race of people thrilled to see the other gender of their race dating someone of their gender but a different race.
