A friend from work seemed to have a crush on me, was giving me hints and even told our friends that I wasn't picking up her hints.

I was into someone else then but now I have started liking her and even though I feel she still likes me, I got rejected.

Is she like trying to get back at me, did she decide to move on? What could have happened? Can I do something still?
