Am I a predator for coming on to someone who’s special?

I trained a former associate how to stock at my retail store. She was either slow or extremely simple minded, Her mom must’ve done something while she was pregnant.

Anyway we worked overnight while the store is closed, So sometimes we work without uniform but once we open, We’re required to wear uniform.

Long story short

We took our Lunch break together in my car, She would change into her uniform inside my car & her breast would fall out, and I kinda watched…

Does this make me a predator?

She eventually saw me watching and asked why and laughed but obviously she didn’t care cause she kept doing it

It sounds like you are taking advantage of a low functioning individual who is supposed to be in your care in work situation. I don’t know if that is predatory per day but it is a good way to lose a job. Snd if the girls parents find out etc? I would back WAY OFF for so many reasons. You are taking huge risks for no good reason. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Your call of course ⁉️

Anything she did, she did on her own free will
I did ask her to jump in my car on break

She asked me because she was too shy to sit in the break room.

I never forced her to do anything
I mean yeah I was turned on a little
I flirted and called them big or whatever and she laughed but I never forced anything

You certainly shouldn't go any further with this, if the girl is in any way vulnerable you could be labelled as someone taking advantage of a girl who isn't fully aware of the situation.

Back off right away, it could end very bad for you if her parents or someone at work finds out.

This is no longer the case
She was fired for repeatedly leaving work early and unannounced.

I was telling my coworker about the situation
And it sounded kinda bad actually telling someone
