Was this a date or just a hangout with my coworker?

For context she is 30 I'm 29. We spent about 8 hours together between drinking, eating and going to her place. Throughout the night she said this was one of her best nights ever and how happy she was to finally get to know me. Even told me to make her my plus one to a wedding I'm dreading going to next month at at one point late in the night she said slowly "I love u" though we were both very drunk..

She was breaking the touch barrier all day, wiping beer or food off my beard. While we were eating I started to feed fries into her mouth at one point and she loved it, even sharing our beer Mugs and other drinks. Just laughing, staring at each other and having a great time overall. She asked if I wanted to stay over (not necessarily on her bed) and I said I couldn't since I had to go check on my dogs. She was cool with it and we had already made plans for Saturday at her house.

We still went to her apartment pretty wasted, she changed into her pajamas and when she came back began toussling with my hair asking me again if I wanted to stay. I said I wasn't sure. She then began to give me a tour of her house and once in her bedroom she asked me to hop in her bed (along with her dog and her) to see how firm it was. We were playing with her dog for a while when she suddenly said she might throw up and a few minutes later asked me to get her an ice pack as she wasn't feeling great. She used the ice pack on her forehead. Since she had been breaking the touch barrier all night and I barely had I decided to run my hand through her hair, might have been a bad moment as she pulled my hand away and soon afterwards asked me to take the dog outside the bedroom as she had to throw up

Once she came out had also seemingly washed her hair (vomit or touching?) and asked one last time if I was staying over as she had to sleep. I said I was heading home and we hugged good night. Kind of a sour note but no one likes to vomit I guess.

Still unsure where we stand
