Girls, why would you put your hand on a guy’s stomach while talking to him?

Assuming it’s someone you have seen a lot but dont really know them.

a girl i barely know did that to me while we were talking, like just a normal convo.

she first grabbed my upper arm and kind of pulled me towards her and the wall behind us, so that both of us were near the wall and she was really close to me. Then she put her hand on my stomach which made me really nervous and I leaned away to create some gap between her hand and my stomach.

She noticed the gap and put her hand again on my stomach while just staring into my eyes. I didn't have the guts to look at her so i just looked down at the floor while she did all of that.

why did she do that?
