What’s wrong with that. I know someone just like that who also works by choice. She’s exceptional and ALL the PHARMA companies want her….

NOT for her great skill set but for her quiet leadership and willingness to share screens, give secrets, and create her successor before the competive PHARMA company hires her and her salary increases 25%. This last vaccine maker has had her for 5 years though…long time
