My mom and my outfit?

i was going to the walking in the street with my mother today, I wore my tight flared trousers and a tshirt what would cover half of my hips, she tried to put a cardigan on me and i couldnt understand why the weather wasn't that cold and i said i didn't want to wear it but she forced mqe but I realized that she was tryin cover my body and i said " im noot going to wear this and took off my cardg. then she said to me "how keen on showing your ass" after iooked at my mom with angrily face went to my room, locked the door and i cried. why is she doing such thing? my bestie has a boyfriend and she can talk to her mother about it easily, but i can't even decide whether to wear a cardigan or not, she decide to my shoes and my hair (im sixteen)
