Girls, why do teenage girls act so immature, talk only about boys and have to be so loud? ?

I'm 13 and mostly do not care for relationships, and all the girls do is talk. And talk. And not even about important shit, its just about guys and their types. 1, Why do they act this way? And 2, What do they expect from guys?

Women use a couple thousand more words power day than men. Women talk. Guys can hang out and say 2 words and call it a great time. It's just a difference in how our brains are wired.

Girls that are loud are wanting to be noticed/seen. They want you to hear them.

Girls your age don't know what to expect from guys. They just want you to like them.
