Girls, I asked the girl I like to hangout and she said sure, but later on asked if it’s only going to be us?

Is it bad that she asked that or am i overthinking.

I had asked to hangout, and that I would take her to main event and then she recommend that we could go to a carnival instead. I explained some stuff and said that’s cool too and she said she would let me know if she’s busy the day I would like to go, then asked “also is it just gonna be us?”

I think it could go both ways and you’re probably overthinking. I tend to ask this because of two reasons:
1. If I like the guy, then I want to make sure it’s just us and it would be a confirmation that the guy wants to hangout more 1:1 time
2. However if I don’t like the guy romantically and only platonically, then I want to make sure if he meant just us or that he will be inviting other people, which I would hope
So depending on her body language in how she asked that question, I think you can tell by that
