Girl got my info and won't call me to meet up at events but instead go to events that I would go to in hopes to see me?

I told her to call me when you are going to events so we can meet up but won't do it... is she is scared of me or sees me as a friend and if she calls me telling me of the place she will be at, it would be consider as a date.

That sounds weird but I wonder if there is more to it, like are these events that she would go to anyway? If so, then I think she is keeping a distance with you to avoid giving the wrong idea. If she wouldn't be there except that she knows you are there, yes that is weird, maybe she wants you to call her instead of the other way around I don't know?

So this would be events she would go to anyway... but I would be the only one she knows... but I know if a friend would be there, I would let the person know before time, if I did not like a person more than a friend, I know I would not be upset whether or not she is there. We went on a few dates before so maybe you are right that she dont like me like that and really wants to keep me as a friend, telling me indirectly but I also thought maybe she wants to take it real slow.
