Texting my Co-Worker/Crush?

Me and my coworker would constantly text but it wasn’t until just yesterday that I started receiving her messages from her email on iMessage. I am still left on delivered when I look at the thread we have via her phone number. Am I blocked or is she ignoring my actual texts?

She told me that the place she is currently at has spotty cell service, although every was fine until just yesterday so I don’t know if I believe that or not.
