Girl's Behavior

Girl I met seems to be behaving with contradicting behaviours?

I met this girl at work. The first few times we walked past each other, she would give me a small wave as an acknowledgement of saying "hi", which made me feel that she is a very shy person.

One day, when we got to sit with each other during lunch as a group, I decided to break the ice and talk to her. Surprisingly, she is very casual and can carry a conversation very well. I almost thought that I was talking to a different person.

The next day when I met her again, I thought things will finally be different since we were finally able to break the ice. But I was wrong...

Not only did she not acknowledge me anymore, but she also pretended not to notice me (?) I was dumbfounded. Whenever we walked past each other, she would just look straight.

One time I tried to give her a glance as she was walking past, she gave a quick side-eye before her eyes darted back. I almost didn't know how to react.

In my mind I was thinking, maybe she became really shy again? But I really don't know. It's not something I experience with other colleagues in the office.
