Should I be upset?

So my birthday is nov 20th. I don’t hadn’t planned anything in specific but I did say that if I were doing something it would be on the days after Thanksgiving because my birthday is on a Sunday. My friend moves into her new apartment the week before. She said we would be doing a housewarming on the 22ns. Now she is planning an event that spans from the 24th through the 26th the days I had mentioned planning something. She also keeps saying I might as well forget my birthday and save for hers which is in June. We are going out of town. Do I have the right to feel a way since I hadn’t planned anything specifically? I kind of do but I don’t like to be told that I’m overreacting so I stay quiet. But also I graduate college in may. She keeps telling me to forget the things that I’ve planned because apparently what she is doing is better. She even invited my friends that we’re supposed to be apart of my plans. She is calling it a sleepover for her apartment. Why couldn’t she choose another date? She is supposed to be my best friend. Why are you trying to overshadow me on my day? By I suppose I didn’t plan anything so maybe I can’t be upset I don't know. What do you think?
