My boyfriend calls me the day before Thanksgiving and said he’s going out of town to visit his daughter and he lost his debt card. I was not upset about him visiting his daughter because I feel I spend more time with him then she does. I think it’s good he went to see her. She needs her Dad. This is not the part that’s upsetting. I facetime himThanksgiving day in the afternoon to wish him a HappyThanksgiving. He does not answer the phone. He will usually text saying he will call back or just call back whenever he can’t answer the phone. This morning he texted me saying Good morning how was Thanksgiving. I’m pissed I don’t want to be with him anymore and I feel like he’s lying about where he’s at. I don’t want to reply to him. Should I be upset?

Literally anything could have happened. Maybe his smartphone went crazy and didn't log your call. Maybe his phone went out of battery while he was with his daughter and only picked up the phone the moment he sent you the message.

Really, just ask him what happened and why he didn't pick up the phone. Don't let your imagination work because you'll begin thinking he cheated on you or any other thing.

Honestly, these phones are always acting up. Half of the time I’ll send my husband something to his phone and he won’t even get it.
I would ask him and be honest about how it made you feel. Give him a chance to explain and fix it.
