Girls, what does it mean when you give a big, cheesy smile to a guy?

The kind of smile you use when taking a picture, that looks kinda forced? I like this coworker and she will give me normal smiles but sometimes when we walk past each other she looks at me and gives me this big grin then she looks away with the smile still on her face and we pass each other, its kind of odd, like she is nervous. Its the kind of smile where you show your upper and lower teeth and she always does it when we walk past each other and make eye contact. I've tried to see if she does it to other people but no, she does just a regular closed lip smile, What do those cheesy grins mean anyway? Should I be concerned that she find me creepy or something? she is usually kinda nervous when I talk to her, fidgety and stuff and doesn't make eye contact with me (only on ocassion, like when we argue) but she is very relaxed around everybody else in the building.

She might like you... For me, a huge smile like that is a greeting to my good friends. Sometimes I'll wave or do a head nod, other times I'll give them a huge smile or make a face.

Well, she recently told me we weren't friends or buddies, so there goes that theory, maybe she is just deranged. I try not to look at her when we pass each other now lol.

haha that's what I was thinking, but she is so nervous though! At least I kinda broke the ice by giving her a pet name she likes but still when I talk to her she either keeps looking at her phone or looks like she is busy with something (although she listens to me the whole time)

Just banter/tease her gently till she feels more comfortable chatting to you, find out what she's interested in then you can get her talking about that- it'll make it easier on her, then yu can gauge her interest.
