There is a girl who started staring at me a lot, I approached her and we talked normally, since that point we cross occasionally and say hi each other or talk about the school but she never come to talk me and initiate a conversation when we cross or we are in the same place, i'm always who initiate, she reply and we talk a lot. She seems shy sometimes when we make eye contact while we talk. She looks for me with her eyes and smile when we are sharing the same place if I haven't noticed her.

My personally, I do not initiate contact cause I feel you get depressed if you start a convo and get ghosted, so I let the guy start the convos - I’ve always been this way with guy friends - Now I also do that with romantic interests
