There’s this girl I’ve started to like, we’ve become pretty good friends, but she pays the majority of her attention on me. I’ve seen her with her friends, but she doesn’t pay them nearly as much attention as she does to me. Not even I pay that much attention to my best friend I’ve known for years, her and I have known each other for only a few months. Is this how you women normally act around a guy friend, or is there something I’m not seeing?
If I like a guy, it’s because I like his energy and energy is like potato chips, you want more and don’t care about the other foods at the buffet table, but what I’ve learned is that excitement does not last if it’s not based on faith. I’ve had huge crushes and lost interest within 2 days after the guy liked me back because it wasn’t his virtue, it was his face.

Sounds like you are a priority in her attention giving. This usually means that she is taken by you in some way. I would cut to the chase and ask her out BUT that’s how I role in all things. It comes natural for me.
It's hard to tell just from that. Maybe she wants more than friendship or maybe you fulfill a role in her life that her other friends do not.
