I actually haven't seen that happen since high school. This cheeky guy kept grabbing my friend even though she kept telling him to stop. Then he thought it'd be funny to slap her in the face. If they're literally just doing that without reason, they have issues. The only reason you should ever do that is in the case of self-defense. It's the same as punching someone in the face. You don't just randomly do it. You only do it if you are defending yourself.

2) she likes to dominates him

As a guy who has been kicked in the nuts more than his fair share of times, I'd say the reasons are innumerable. Out of anger, for fun, to prove a point, to "win" an argument, to settle a debate, during a fight, for stress relief, even to flirt, etc. Generally speaking, I think most women just kind of find it sort of hilarious lol
