How do you heal and learn self love?

Depends on what you are healing from. There are different ways I would deal with healing from say a breakup as opposed to a loss in the family.

As far as self love, that is more or less learning to accept yourself for who you are. We all have our flaws. Those that can recognize that no one is perfect can learn to love themself for who they really are.

I learned a long time ago that you can not be who you want everyone to see as. Some people will inevitably have their own view and that is fine. It is being comfortable with yourself and learning that not everything is in your control.

Improving on yourself is something everyone can and should do. That doesn't change WHO you are but lets you be the best version of you.
