Girl's Behavior

She unfollowed so many people but kept me and we don't even speak?

A quick summary. She's had a history of depression. I think she is going through psychosis currently. We got to know one another last year. She got a boyfriend who made her stop speaking to me. After they break up, she gets back in touch. We meet once and it gets touchy feely. Lot of kissing/hugging. She tells me that time that she was kind of seeing someone. Then she goes all quiet on me for a while. A few dramatic depressed episodes. We then meet 2 months later. She agrees to come back to my hotel room after the day ends. Tells me she has a boyfriend. We don't do anything. Just sleep. Few days go by and I'm blocked on Whatsapp (where our convo about spending the night together was). I see the next day on IG. She went from following 400 people to just 60 and kept me. It's unusual. I don't know what to think of it. What do you all think?

Just to add further context. The guy she is seeing now, she began seeing a week after she broke up with her previous boyfriend. She also dated him for a month last year and broke up cause she felt he was too different from her. They break up every 2 weeks and get back together.
