Dry texting/ghosting or not?

Im so lost with this:

She keeps replying to my stories, keeps initiating conversations, but just keeps my messages on read or dry texts back. We used to text more often, up into past midnight, she used to respond instant, and used to be more enthusiastic, I didn't realize she may have liked me until after the fact.

I did but before she was too busy she says. Then she asked me to hang out, then when i said a Sunday was the best time; she was too busy so said i could do what the following Tuesday, she never responded to that, im fuking so lost.
