Why is a girl behaving differently towards me and only me?

She seems more confident and talks more with other people including guys. But with me she behaves very brief with me for no apparent reason. What messes with my head is she'll start a conversation with me, we start chatting then next thing she is acting strange towards me. I really like her I feel we're both ignoring each other, it seems to just take a while for one of us to break the ice everytime

You probably intimidate her, you're hard to read. You may make her feel uneasy but in a good way I think.
Anyway, the solution is never to stay within your head about the matter, the more you think about it, the more you overthink it and you make an unconscious action conscious, which makes the whole situation awkward.
Either move on from her or stop thinking about it and just let things flow.

But if she does make you feel uneasy. Probably best to leave it. You can't approach a woman with an unsure or indecisive mindset, it makes you look weak.. she'll know it and even worse you'll know it.
Dont allow any situation press you to act. Everything in life is about your energy bro, sorry to go off topic here. This is about your not about her. Figure out what's happening with you and address it.
