Why are girls so choosy over the clothes?

Yesterday I and few friends were planning to go out. Our one female friend took at least an hour to choose her outfit. We had to shout at her to select one coz we were getting late. Come on girls, just wear whatever you see or get first in your wardrobe.

they want to feel good in what they where and that they express themselves, while also most girls put that on the higher leve. Eg. she may want to feel pretty while she is pretty bare faced, se may not be as much when all other women have faces full of make up and look beyond pretty, so if she wants to look pretty next to them she gotta do the same, so sam applies to dressing up as well

I do that too but not on the day of going out. I get excited about putting together an outfit and I will get started week ahead.

I can see how it can seem annoying to others but I love the process. I do have to put boundary or sometimes it ends in "I have nothing!!"

I am honestly a man and even I spent a lot of time choosing my idea outfit. The only time I logically just throw anything on is when I am only at home or picking something up and returning back if I am actually spending the day outside or in a special occasion I will definitely find my best outfit.

I want my outfit to match the occasion, don’t want to be over or underdressed, I want to feel comfortable so depends if I’m bloated or how much I’m going to eat, I want to feel good about myself in it, etc.

I could simply wear sweatpants and a graphic tee... i could plan the outfit the day before lmao and still take an hour to get ready
