I generally don’t trust these kinds of statements. It’s silly. I prefer people to show me how they feel. Anyone can say anything. I also don’t think k one person can declare what a love between two people is. So minimally this comes off as controlling. Also sounds fake. Assuming they are honest- I would not like someone to define my feelings for me. They can tell me how they feel not how I feel. People really romanticize hostile behavior. It’s wild to me. If this person was angry when would they say then? Nope it’s too much. I don’t trust this kind of speaking.
